Edward T. Wandtke is nationally recognized as an authority on intellectual property, intangible assets and service company valuations. He has performed valuation consultation services to over 250 companies and 400 clients. As the former director of acquisition and strategic planning for a national service company, he is the author of

numerous valuation, business strategy and transaction articles since 1983. Edward is an award winning instructor for courses he has written for NACVA dealing with valuing intangible assets and service companies. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester Simon School or Business (BS) and Rochester Institute of Technology (MBA).
